Hey there,
Should I try to find a developer (as co-founder) or get an investment to hire one?? My app currently has 1300 MAU + 20 paying customers and I’m a solo-entrepeneur.
During the last 3 years I’ve been ‘building’ a customer tech app in my spare time for iOS & Android. I’ve done everything except from the coding, I worked with an external agency for that. This cost me quite some money. Looking back I’ve should have found a developing co-founder way earlier, but it feels i’m too invested in it now and also feels good to have 100% of the company.
I’ve run out of money, so to give the app another push (the next big thing is always around the corner), I have to get funded to hire a developer or get a dedicated developer/CTO as co-founder on the team. My biggest fear is that it might not work out after a couple of months and we have to split up or I have to pay him/her to get my shares back. Besides that I don’t know where or how to find this person.
Does anyone have any advice?
