I’m Chandan Karn, co-founder of Postflare AI, an AI-powered SaaS that helps creators and professionals automate their social media presence on LinkedIn and Twitter. Technical Story (Bootstrapped and Lean):
Instead of expensive cloud providers like AWS ($300+/month for Kubernetes), we opted for Hetzner Cloud’s affordable offering. We self-manage a Kubernetes cluster with 3 VMs running Next.js frontend, Supabase backend, and AI integration for under $60/month. This lean architecture allows us to scale multiple SaaS apps cost-effectively.
