I’m sharing an unusual project – a production-ready documentation automation tool built through genuine human-AI collaboration with Claude (Anthropic).
What it does: Maintains project journals automatically in Warp terminal with 99% automation. Install 4 template files, work normally, say “Thanks” at end of session, approve the update. Done.
Real results from my medical imaging project:
– 90% faster docs (2 min vs 20-30 min)
– 99% coverage vs 60-70% manual
– 5x faster team onboarding
– Zero context loss
The interesting part: Built collaboratively with Claude as my development partner (not just AI-assisted). We worked together for 48 hours – I brought domain expertise and architectural decisions, Claude brought implementation (2,722 lines). Production-ready with zero bugs after deployment.
Technical: First Warp-native doc automation using rules + prompts + workflows + bash pre-commit hook. Implicit trigger detection (conversation-based), universal templates (any language), three-layer safety net. MIT licensed.
Happy to answer questions about the tool itself or the collaboration process!
