Is there anyone here that has to calculate parameter selection for computing modulus values on a daily, weekly, or monthly bases? Currently, how long does it take to calculate, review, and validate the modulus’? How much time and money is spent before it can be implemented into your system? If there was a provably correct method so all you would have to do is input b= base, p=prime, t= depth, and r= residue and it gave you the correct value every time for the local and/or combined modulus would this be something you or your company would be interested in? If so, how much would you or your company be willing to pay per calculation?
