I’m a Belgian full-stack dev building DevHunt, a new job platform focused only on developers in Belgium.
The problem:
Recruiters spam devs with irrelevant roles
No salary transparency
Companies struggle to find qualified devs
No real signal on candidates’ actual skills
What DevHunt does:
Only relevant, transparent job opportunities (salary + stack visible)
Developers opt-in, no cold outreach
Recruitment pipeline
Built-in candidate testing → devs can take short skill assessments to provide real signal
Rails + React + Inertia.js
