Tell HN: Netflix app on iPad Pro has broken audio-video sync

The Netflix app on my iPad Pro has major audio-video sync issues — sound is clearly out of sync with the picture.
Pretty unbelievable that in 2025, there’s still no way to reach Netflix Support for help when their app fails. I know it was a given with free services like Google/Facebook…but this is frankly frustrating.
