Sometimes I want to mention a website (like on X/Twitter) without making it clickable, so I’d type “example. com” with a space. Doing that every time got tedious, so I built Link Snapper — a free Chrome extension that lets you copy any website’s URL as plain text.
You can customize how it copies links — include or remove https, copy only the domain, or grab the full path. When you paste it anywhere, it stays exactly how you want it — clickable or not.
It’s simple, privacy-friendly, and works in one click.
Curious what you think or how you’d use it in your workflow.
