Apple released iOS 26 today with built-in call screening. It works, but it feels sterile: “State the reason for your call and I’ll see if they’re available.”
I started building Ghosty as an indie alternative that makes voicemail fun and personal:
Customizable voices (your voicemail doesn’t need to sound robotic).
31+ languages (vs Apple’s limited rollout).
Personal greetings + AI instructions (e.g. delivery info, meeting availability).
Integrations: email + webhook.
