Context: I published an article on Medium two days ago called “The $7 Trillion Delusion: Was Sam Altman the First Real Case of ChatGPT Psychosis?”
The analytics on medium show 6.7K views with a 61% read rate. Yet the article only has 89 presentations and doesn’t show up at all when searching relevant tags, despite articles with far fewer likes, that are way older showing up consistently.
1% of the views came internally from Medium. That means my article has a 75% click rate when it is shown, right 67/89? Isn’t that pretty high? I have articles with pretty much no views getting far more presentations.
What I wanna know is, does that mean my article is being suppressed or is there an alternative explanation?
Feeling kinda creeped out at how fast it tipped the wire. I guess it’s not allowed to dunk on our tech overlords.
