- A Sophos XGS firewall was installed and fully deployed within hours, with zero downtime.

- Installation of a brand-new fibre NBN service to replace the unreliable connection.

- A private hybrid cloud environment was set up in a Tier IV data centre with SOC II Type II and ISO 27001 compliance.
- All critical workloads were migrated off local servers into this secure cloud environment.
